Antibody Sequence Fitness Score

• CSV table with the full fitness scores in to download

• Antibody fitness score(s) for the chain(s) chosen

Description:

This tool calculates sequence fitness score for antibody variable region sequences. This score can be used to predict expression and immunogenicity. EMLy reads the sequence provided then sends this information to an EMLy expression API endpoint.
