Download Protein Sequence from PDB

Overview

EMLy has multiple databases to search to download the molecule the user needs. If an antibody is needed, it first looks to the Structural Antibody Database (SAbDab). If not an antibody, it uses the PDB ID to search the Research Collaboratory for Structural Bioinformatics (RCSB) PDB for the desired structure.
